Please reschedule if...

You have a fever or contagious illness (strep throat, bronchitis, cold, flu, etc.).  I do not wish to deprive other clients of their needed care due to what could have been an avoidable illness on my part. 

Massage by Melissa has the right to refuse service to clients with conditions that contraindicate massage (which include the above illnesses). 

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you must reschedule your appointment within 7 days or you may be charged for part or all of your appointment.  If you no-show, you will be charged for all or part of your appointment. 

Inclimate weather

Massage by Melissa reserves the right to cancel appointments due to inclimate weather with potentially dangerous driving conditions.
