You have several ways of purchasing Massage by Melissa gift certificates.


1. Click on the "Instant Gift Certificate" link below to create instant online gift certificates that you can print out or email to the recipient.

2. Purchase your gift certificate at your next Massage by Melissa appointment.

3. Call Melissa at 715-572-5646 and request a gift certificate to be mailed to you or the recipient.  Your credit card information can be taken over the phone (and promptly shredded for security) and the gift certificate will be mailed out within 24 hours.  Or you can send cash or a check and once it is received the gift certificate will be mailed out.  Please contact Melissa for the address where you can send cash or checks.  (Checks are a safer choice - keep that in mind.  If cash gets lost in the mail, Massage by Melissa is not liable for it.)

**IMPORTANT**
When purchasing a gift certificate online, I will need your CVV (generally a 3 number security code located on the back of most credit cards) or I will be unable to process your gift certificate.  Gift certificates are not valid until I receive this number. (I'm unable to process your card and receive payment without it.) 


**Gift certificates are now only available for services rather than dollar amounts due to the change in gift certificate laws, and have an expiration date of 1 year.  The recipient can always change the service for one that is the same price, upgrade services and pay the difference, or if they choose a less expensive service they will have a credit which can be used at a future appointment. 
Gift certificates ARE transferable, but are non-refundable and have no cash value.**
