Current Hours of Availability
I teach full time during the school year and have minimal availability.
Summer hours are between 9am and 5pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

**When scheduling your appointment, please be sure to read the confirmation email you receive. An intake form will also be sent via email before your appointment.**
Sorry, I'm unable to schedule appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
Please reschedule if...
You have a fever or contagious illness (strep throat, bronchitis, cold, flu, Covid, etc.) even if it is mild or at the tail-end of the illness. I do not wish to deprive other clients of their needed care due to what could have been an avoidable illness on my part.
Massage by Melissa has the right to refuse service to clients with conditions that contraindicate massage (which include the above illnesses).
If you arrive to your appointment and are ill, your appointment will be canceled and you will be liable for full payment of the session. Please cancel in advance and give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 100%. If you have a gift certificate and you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or you no-show for your appointment, your session cost will be deducted from your gift certificate.
Habitual cancellations or rescheduled appointments will result in termination as a client.
